停留签证（T字签证）是外籍人士可申请短暂停留在中国的一种人道主义签证类型，签证时长为1个月。适用于外籍教师所持签证无法在入境30天内取得工作许可证时申请。

停留签证受理单位：西安市公安局出入境管理局，地址为雁塔区太白南路与科技路交叉口西100米,联系电话：029-86755622，029-86755625，周一至周六09：00-17：00。

申请停留签证所需的材料如下：

1. 一张2寸白底证件照

2. 本人有效护照原件

3. 护照首页复印件、护照签证页复印件、入境页复印件

4. 临时住宿登记复印件

5. 申请公函（国际合作部提供）

6. 外国人签证证件申请表（国际合作部提供）

外籍人士在华停、居留时，一定要注意停留期限，并在到期前7天提前规划，避免逾期滞留。

    

Application of Stay Visa (T-visa)

A stay visa (T-visa) is a humanitarian visa type that allows foreigners to apply for a short stay in China for a period of one month. Apply if the visa held by the foreign teacher cannot obtain a work permit within 30 days of entry.

Office Location: Entry and Exit Administration Bureau, Xi 'an Public Security Bureau, 100 meters west of the intersection of Taibai South Road and Keji Road, Yanta District, Tel: 029-86755622, 029-86755625, Monday to Saturday 09:00-17:00.

The documents required to apply for a stay visa are as follows:

1. A 2 inch white background ID photo

2. Original valid passport

3. Photocopy of passport first page, photocopy of passport visa page, photocopy of entry page

4. Copy of temporary accommodation registration

5. Application Letter (provided by the Office of International Cooperation)

6. Application Form for Foreigner Visa  (provided by the Office of International Cooperation)

When foreigners stay in China, they shall pay close attention to the duration of their stay, and plan in advance 7 days before the expiration date to avoid overstaying their stay.
