符合以下情形的外籍专家可在境内直接申请外国人来华工作许可：
1．持其他签证或有效居留证件已入境的A类高端人才（指与我校签订的合同中聘用职位为副研究员/副教授及以上职位的外教、40岁以下的外籍博士后）；
2．在华工作的外国人变换用人单位，但工作岗位（职业）未变动，且工作类居留许可在有效期内的；
3．在华工作外国人的家属持有效签证或在有效期内的居留许可；
4．其他审批机构认定符合条件的。
聘用院系应指派专人协助外籍专家准备以下材料电子版，提交国际合作部：
提示：下述材料需按材料编号顺序整理提交，并确保以下每个文件大小不超过 1MB。若文件无法压缩，可分割为多个不超过 1MB 的文件后再提交。
1. 一寸白底证件照照片（需提供宽和高等于或大于354x*472x的照片，文件大小大于40k）
2. 外国人来华工作申请表（见附件1）
3. 工作合同：甲乙双方签章，中文合同PDF文件，压缩到1M以内
4. 护照首页，PDF格式文件，压缩到1M以内
5. 工作资历证明：如果有工作经验，需提供，压缩到1M以内
6. 带有学院公章的工作资历证明中文翻译件：必须提供，无需公证，压缩到1M以内
7. 博士所在学校推荐信，如果没有工作经验，需提供，压缩到1M以内
8. 带有学院公章的博士所在学校推荐信中文翻译件，必须提供，无需公证，压缩到1M以内
9. 最高学位证书，压缩到1M以内
10. 带有学院公章的最高学位证书中文翻译，必须提供，无需公证，压缩到1M以内
11. 简历
12. 带有学院公章的简历中文翻译
13. 居留许可证件PDF格式
14. 原工作单位工作证注销报告（如有）
Foreign experts meeting the following conditions may directly apply for the Work Permit for Foreigners in China:
1. Class A high-end talents who have entered China with other visas or valid residence permits (referring to foreign teachers employed as associate researchers/associate professors or above as specified in the contracts signed with our university, and foreign postdoctoral fellows under 40 years old);
2. Foreigners working in China who change their employing units but retain the same job (occupation) and hold valid work-related residence permits;
3. Family members of foreigners working in China who hold valid visas or residence permits within the validity period;
4. Those recognized as eligible by other approval authorities.
The employing school/department shall assign a specific person to assist the foreign expert in preparing the following materials and submitting the electric version to the Office of International Cooperation（contact number：029-88302344）:
Notice：The following materials shall be sorted and submitted in accordance with the material number sequence, and each file must not exceed 1MB in size. If a file cannot be compressed to meet this requirement, it may be split into multiple files (each not exceeding 1MB) before submission.
1. One-inch white background ID photo (with width and height equal to or greater than 354x472 pixels, and file size larger than 40KB);
2. Application Form for Work Permit for Foreigners in China (see Annex 1)
3. Work contract: Signed and sealed by both Party A and Party B, a Chinese PDF version compressed to less than 1MB;
4.Passport biographical page: PDF file compressed to less than 1MB;
5. Work experience certificate: Required if the applicant has work experience, compressed to less than 1MB;
6. Chinese translation of the work experience certificate with the college's official seal: Mandatorily required, no notarization needed, compressed to less than 1MB;
7. Recommendation letter from the university where the doctoral degree was obtained: Required if the applicant has no work experience, compressed to less than 1MB;
8. Chinese translation of the recommendation letter from the university where the doctoral degree was obtained with the college's official seal: Mandatorily required, no notarization needed, compressed to less than 1MB;
9. Highest academic degree certificate: Compressed to less than 1MB;
10. Chinese translation of the highest academic degree certificate with the college's official seal: Mandatorily required, no notarization needed, compressed to less than 1MB;
11. Resume;
12. Chinese translation of the resume with the college's official seal;
13. Residence permit: PDF format;
14. Cancellation report of the work certificate from the previous employing unit (if applicable).
